Welcome to Luxe and Lounge Car Wash ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Account Registration and Use

To access our membership services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Membership Plans and Payments

We offer various membership plans with different service levels and car limits. All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your chosen plan. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases.

3. Service Usage

Our services are for personal, non-commercial use only. The "Unlimited" plans are subject to a fair use policy to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to take action, including suspension or termination of your account, if we detect excessive or commercial use. The QR code provided for each vehicle is unique and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your profile settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial-month memberships.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our facilities. You are responsible for your own conduct and for any damage to our property caused by you or your vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe and Lounge Car Wash is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding month.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Luxe and Lounge Car Wash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
